How booking is made?
Rooms can be booked in advance by paying 50% tariff online. after taking availability confirmation on email / phone.

What time is the check-in and check out?
Check in time is 1400 (02:00 P.M) and Check out time is 1200 hrs (12:00 P.M)

Can I also book breakfast, lunch and dinner online?
To book meal online please choose the requested meals after choosing the hotel room. For more details on what is included in meals check our meal policy.

Do you offer child rates?
Yes, Aamantran Stays offer family-friendly rates. In a room 2 Child from 0-5 years stay free if sharing parent’s bed.

Can more than two adults stay in one room?
Yes max of three adults can stay in one room. Extra bed charges are applicable and kids below 0-5 years are complimentary and will be sharing parent’s bed.

Are bookings for groups possible online?

Can I check-in without my booking voucher?
No you have to produce a hard or soft copy of booking voucher or booking confirmation mail otherwise you won’t be able to check-in.

What are the documents that are required during Check-In?
In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request you to kindly present the government approved photo identity proof with address of you and your companion(s) (if any) while checking-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid Visa. Indian nationals can present any one of these, which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhar Card bearing the holder's photograph and address.

What is the bookings cancellation policy?
20 days prior to arrival - 100% of the advance deposited
Between 20 days to 10 days prior to arrival - 75% of the advance deposited
Between 10 days to 5 days prior to arrival - 90 % of the advance deposited
Between 04 days and less prior to arrival/no show - 100% of the advance deposited

Are payments accepted through credit card?
No we accept cash payments only or online bank transfers by cheque (should be cleared before the check in of the guests) or cash only.

How can I see which features are included in the price?
